A sharp, high-stakes classic for the opening act.

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 oz Don Julio Blanco
    • 1 oz Cointreau
    • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
    • 1/4 oz Agave Nectar (or simple syrup)
    • Coarse Sea Salt (for the rim)
  • Instructions:
    1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and dip into salt.
    2. Add all ingredients into a shaker with plenty of ice.
    3. Shake hard for 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
    4. Strain into the salted glass over fresh ice.

2. The Sevilla Sunset

A bitter, glowing orange cocktail that looks like neon lights through the fog.

  • Spirit Base: Tanqueray Sevilla + Aperol
  • Ingredients:
    • 2 oz Tanqueray Sevilla Gin
    • 1 oz Aperol
    • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
    • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar and water)
  • Instructions:
    1. Add gin, Aperol, lemon, and syrup to your shaker.
    2. Fill with ice and shake until well-chilled.
    3. Strain into a glass (up in a coupe or over ice in a highball).
    4. The Twist: Express an orange peel over the top to release the oils.

3. The Cold Case

A rich, caffeinated closer using the premium Diplomático Reserva.

  • Spirit Base: Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
  • Ingredients:
    • 2 oz Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
    • 1 oz Strong Cold Brew Coffee (or Espresso)
    • 1/2 oz Cointreau
    • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
    • 3 Coffee Beans (for garnish)
  • Instructions:
    1. Combine rum, coffee, Cointreau, and syrup in a shaker.
    2. Fill with lots of ice.
    3. Shake violently—this is what creates the "crema" foam on top.
    4. Strain quickly into a chilled glass so the foam settles on top.
    5. Drop 3 coffee beans in the center as "evidence."
